The intention of the series is to presence the realm of Self.
Scientists, philosophers, educators all have ideas and perspectives about what
makes us tick. Through their work we’ve become more attentive to
complexities of brain science, the process of cognition, theories of self, and
more. Yet, with all of that knowledge, are we any better off when it comes to
designing our lives, having direct access to ourselves, being in the driver’s
seat?
In this seminar we explore these contemporary perspectives and take a step
beyond them to gain direct access to who we are and why we do what we do,
making it possible to think and act with a new freedom and joy – to live a life of
our own design.
The series consists of ten, 3 hour sessions and the tuition is £95.
(Prerequisite: completion of The Landmark Forum, The Landmark Forum for Teens
or the est Training, and two other Seminar Series or 1 Seminar Series and the Self-Expression and
Leadership Programme. Minimum age to participate is 15. If you are under 18 years of
age you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who has completed
The Landmark Forum.)
